ELIA Drafting and Design is run by Ella Melnik & Ilona Krasnodemsky. Ella leads the technical side of every project — design, construction drawings, and code compliance. Ilona manages the business end — project coordination, proposals, and making sure every client has one clear point of contact from first conversation to approved permit. Together, they handle each project personally rather than handing it off between departments.

We focus on construction drawings, design, and permit coordination — we're not a licensed architecture or engineering firm. For anything that touches structural or seismic work, we bring in a licensed engineer to handle that piece, so your project stays in the right hands at every stage.
